I used to use books. First go to the index. What am I trying to do here? What category is it in? Oh, this book doesn’t cover it; maybe this one. Maybe I should load up a DVD tutorial. Well, this works, but I’m 15 minutes into finding out how to do it. I have probably 20 techniques to look up and I don’t have time. Enter the “Quick Answer Box”. Open the lid, check the appropriate tab, go to the card, pull it, do it and re-file. Sometimes this takes less than a minute or less. I get to go to bed early tonight!
